With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Completed 8 minutes… 36 Pull-Ups

Was a little disappointed, but still very sore from “Angie”. I also did my pull-ups on my new rings. Couldn’t help myself, they needed to be used! But it’s really hard to Kip on rings.
