Gena had a good workout, although she complained of being stiff. So I gave her a little encouragement and she got through it. Protein shakes for everyone!

  1. I suck at shoulder presses. I’ve been including them (with only the bar) as part of my warmup. I let this WOD slide, but will pick it up when there’s one that it makes sense to combine it with. There’s a ton of form involved that makes a big difference. Good luck with Fran, I’m gonna do the lunges/KB swings one tonight – out in the cold!
