Stuck with form over weight. Not going to get in a hurry to up the #’s. Still getting the mechanics of the lift down.

Week two, day one of bench press training. Still at the 180 level.

  1. First – applause on the “form over weight” choice.

    Second – my numbers went up with the new equipment. I did this workout at the gym at the school where I teach. The bars were awful. I definitely think the faster spinning bars make a huge difference. In case you need a reason to get one!!
