Excuses

Ok, so we had a really busy weekend that sapped all my energy. I still ate right, but I was spent. Today is going to be the first day in nearly a week that I think I could muster the energy to go workout. I hate feeling this way and I hate not having the energy to work out. This is when I get the temptation to workout double or triple what I should and then end up getting an injury. Must pace…. myself….
