Fight Gone Bad!

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Had planned on doing this last night, but we had a home visit from the doberman rescue inspector that went through most of the evening. Back on track tonight.

As I’ve said before, this is perhaps one of my favorite workouts. I didn’t beat my PR, but it went well, and felt good. Previous PR is 228.

Slips in silently and leaves a post… not to proud of this one.

With a continuously running clock do one 125 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 125 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 125 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

4 minutes +3

For punishment, ran 1.5 miles.
