135 is my PR from last year when I was much more consistant in working out, so I’ll take it.

Ran a mile, 9:57. Just keep shaving a little more off each time.

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Completed 2 rounds and then during the 3rd round of thrusters I pulled something. Same place in my back as a couple months ago. I did a full CFWU, so it wasn’t that I hadn’t got the blood flowing. I guess I just screwed up my form enough to pull something.

Going over to Mom and Dad’s to help move a couch out of the basement. That should help it.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
65 pound Thruster, 10 reps

Completed 9 rounds as RX’d

Almost met pukie. Wife wasn’t so lucky. They had a conversation after she finished. But I am SO PROUD OF HER! She stuck with it and never gave up. She won’t let me tell you how many rounds she did, but she did AWESOME! She was tired, sweating and her body would hardly let her go on, but she NEVER QUIT.

No excuses. I sucked. I’m learning to take the good days and focus on those little victories. And when a bad day like this comes along, I just go on and look towards tomorrow and try and do better.

I had even put up the new pull-up bar. It’s awesome and the kipping on a solid bar at just the right height is such a big difference. Also makes it much harder to do jumping pull-ups when I get fatigued, but it’s also forcing me to get better at the same time.

As Van Hagar said, We CAN have the best of both worlds.

Did 10 rounds of Pack.

I know other people doing pack probably did much better, but I felt like I pushed myself beyond what I thought I could do, and that’s what counts.
