Fight Gone Bad!

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Ok, we missed this workout last night due to a little bug that was going around. We all seem better today, so we’re going to make it up tonight.

We don’t have a row machine, so we have decided to substitute burpees, yes, burpees. I’m sadistic that way.

So it went pretty well I thought, until I looked at other peoples scores… sheesh… makes me feel like I didn’t do anything. But by half way through the 3rd round I was sweating profusely and had puddles at each station. So it was a hard met-con workout, even if we did score low.

This is my new favorite workout.

Possibly the most disappointing workout I’ve had. Burpees and Pull-ups are the two weakest areas of CrossFit for me. I should have scaled down to Puppies, but really wanted to do this. I made it through 6 rounds (barely) and pukie showed up.
